Close autorun, run install.exe from the ViTALiTY folder
Select a directory to extract the original installer
Run dxsetup & gfwlivesetupe in <gamedir>\Install
Copy the crack from the ViTALiTY folder
Run xlive_start to start the game
Create an xLive offline account if asked
Die like the rest
